“In the childhood memories of every good cook, there’s a large kitchen, a warm stove, a simmering pot and a mom.”
—Barbara Costikyan (10/22/84 New York Magazine)
The Food Channel crew has the opportunity to meet chefs in a variety of locations—trade shows, exhibitions, and in their own restaurants and kitchens. We always love the stories of how they became a chef, so began collecting them in this Series we call “Path to a Chef.”
For many, the journey began as they watched their grandmothers and mothers cook. For others, it . . . well, watch for yourself and enjoy sharing as we go down the “Path to a Chef.”
Just go to our SHOWS tab and you’ll find the whole series. Enjoy!
