Now that the holidays are over, and the comfort and indulgence of winter meals are taking effect, many are looking for the dietary reset button.
“New Year; New Me” may be a played out adage, but the thought behind it isn’t. Not to mention, healthy doesn’t have to taste bad.
The New Year is for resolutions and Zuma New York, the popular Japanese izakaya restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, is offering a healthy way for its guests to hit reset this year with its new Kenko Set.

What’s a Kenko Set, you ask? Translated from Japanese as “healthy,” the Kenko Set is a three-course detoxifying meal featuring a freshly pressed juice, miso soup and salad bowl, which is available at Zuma for $21.
However, if you can’t make it to Manhattan this season, fear not because we have the recipes for each dish right here.
Developed with the health- and time-conscious consumer in mind, the meal is meant to be enjoyed in 15-20 minutes and is comprised of superfoods, nutrient-dense juice, and fresh, healthy ingredients. Don’t be intimidated, just follow the instructions and you too can enjoy this rejuvenating and detoxifying three-course meal.
