Ingredients
4 ounces dry gin
2 ounces dry vermouth
1-1/2 ounces Goldschläger
1 cup ice
Directions
In a shaker, combine gin, vermouth and Goldschläger. Add ice. Slowly shake. Using a strainer, pour drink mixture into two chilled martini glasses.

Ingredients
1.5 parts Absolut Original
1 part blood orange juice or puree
0.5 parts Triple Sec
0.5 parts lime
Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an edible orchid and orange round.

Ingredients
1 part Absolut Original
0.5 parts peach liquer
0.5 parts Lillet Blanc
3 parts champagne
Directions
Stir Absolut, peach liqueur and Lillet over ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe or Champagne glass and top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with food safe gold flake.

1.5 parts Absolut Original
1 part blood orange juice or puree
0.5 parts Triple Sec
0.5 parts lime
Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange rind.

Ingredients
1 ounce Proper No. 12
0.75 ounce Lillet Blanc
0.75 ounce Lavender Syrup
Top with sparkling wine
Garnish with lavender branch
Note: Lavender Syrup is 2 cups water, 2 cups white sugar, 3 lemon twists, 3 teaspoons loose cooking lavender.
Directions
Combine in a sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool then strain into a glass bottle.

The Fruit & Honey.
Ingredients
1-1/2 parts D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
1/2 part apricot brandy
1 part lemon juice
3/4 part honey syrup
2 dashes of orange bitters
Directions
Shake and strain into a coupe glass or martini cocktail glass. Rim the glass with cinnamon and sugar. Tip: to make honey syrup, use 2 parts clover honey to 1 part hot water.

2 ounces Los Vecinos Mezcal
0.50 ounce lemon juice
0.50 ounce honey syrup
0.25 ounce ginger syrup
0.25 ounce Highland Park Magnus Single Malt Scotch
Directions
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake. Serve over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a flamed lemon twist.

Ingredients
2 ounces Butterscotch Gold Moonshine
1/2 ounce Dark Chocolate Coffee Cream Appalachian Sippin’ Cream
1/2 ounce Mark & Digger’s Hazelnut Rum
3-4 ounces of Half ‘n’ Half
Directions
Mix ingredients well in a shaker. Serve in a martini glass.
Hennessy X.O Cognac
The 7 Worlds

The 7 Worlds.
This cocktail was inspired by Ridley Scott’s latest short film created for Hennessy. Scott is the director of Alien, Blade Runner and Gladiator. You can catch a shorted version of the film, which debuts during the 91st Oscar telecast on Sunday.
Ingredients
2 ounces Hennessy X.O Cognac
2-inch tea-infused ice cube (see notes below)
2 tablespoons Lapsang Souchong Tea
3 tablespoons Rooibos Tea
1 ounce wildflower honey
Garnish with flamed lemon twist, gold leafed twist (see notes below)
Directions
Pour Hennessy X.O over Tea-Infused Cube in rocks glass; flame lemon twist over cocktail glass and discard, garnish with gold leafed lemon twist.
Notes
Infused Tea Cube: Boil 1 liter of water, remove from heat and add Lapsang Souchong Tea, Rooibos Tea and wildflower honey; allow to steep for 5 minutes, strain out tea leaves, allow to cool to room temperature. Then, agitate the tea before filling ice molds and place in freezer until solid (approximately 24 hours).
Gold Leafed Lemon Twist: Use edible gold leaf, take a lemon twist that has been trimmed so edges are clean, using the paper the gold leaf rests on press the gold leaf onto lemon twist, rubbing the back of the paper to ensure it sticks. Prepare these ahead of time and keep cool and damp.

Ingredients
1.5 ounces Benham’s gin
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
0.5 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce Chilled Zonin Prosecco
Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds; strain into glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Bohemian Rhapsody- Harvey Wallbanger.
Ingredients
1.5 ounces Ravo Vodka
4 ounces Fresh orange juice
0.5 ounces Galliano L’Autentico
Orange slice and cherry, for garnish
Directions
Pour vodka and orange juice into a collins glass with ice. Layer the Galliano on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

Ingredients
3 ounces Partida Añejo Tequila
1/4 ounce Agave nectar
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 Orange peel
1 Brandied cherry
Directions
In an Old Fashioned glass, lightly muddle the agave nectar, bitters and orange peel. Fill with ice and add the tequila. Stir and garnish with a brandied cherry.

1 ounce Famous Grouse Smoky Black
0.5 ounce cola
Orange wedge
Directions
Take a clean, highball glass and fill with fresh, solid ice cubes. Squeeze in a wedge of orange and drop into the glass. Add Famous Grouse Smoky Black. Top up with cola, stir and serve.

Vice- Diplomatico Vice.
Ingredients
2 ounces Daiquiri concentrate (frozen)
2 ounces Piña Colada mix (frozen)
2.5 ounces Diplomatico Planas Rum
Directions
Blend daiquiri concentrate with rum and ice. Blend Piña Colada mix. Pour both blends together in a coup glass.

2 ounces George Dickel Rye
0.5 ounces Spiced Simple Syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Cinnamon stick
Brandied cherry
Directions
Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick and brandied cherry. Tip: Winter Spiced Simple Syrup: water 1:1, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook and strain.
