Description:
We had such a memorable dinner enjoying the chef’s menu at Paradisaea in Bird Rock. Chef Anders was in the kitchen cooking every course, and it was fun to watch everything being prepared and plated from the chef’s table. The menu changes every night because Chef Anders chooses the dishes. Some come from the menu, and some are dishes he makes just for the tasting.
