Watching Chef Marcus create these dishes was a treat. Eating them afterwards was even better. The kitchen at Cherryfish Restaurant in Pacific Beach moves fast, but every plate was delicious and focused. The wagyu was amazing, but then again, so were all the dishes we tried.
