Description:

Pizza Biscuit Bombers
* 1 can refrigerated biscuits (use 1 biscuit per bomber, or 2 per bomber for larger ones)
* 1 jar pizza sauce (Prego or your favorite)
* Shredded cheese (mozzarella, Colby Jack, or a mix)
* Pizza toppings of choice, such as:
* Pepperoni
* Ground beef (cooked)
* Italian sausage (cooked)
* Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
* Red onion, diced
* Bell pepper, diced
* Italian seasoning, to taste
* Garlic & herb butter (or melted butter of choice), for topping

Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
* In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, sausage, and bacon until fully cooked.
* Add diced onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.
* Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and a generous amount of shredded cheese.
* Reduce heat and simmer until the cheese is melted and the mixture is thick and gooey. Remove from heat.
2. Prepare the Biscuits
* Preheat oven according to biscuit package instructions.
* Flatten biscuits with your hands or a rolling pin.
* If using two biscuits per bomber, overlap them slightly and press together, sealing well.
3. Assemble the Bombers
* Spoon filling into the center of each flattened biscuit.
* Add a little extra sauce and cheese if desired.
* Carefully fold the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching and sealing tightly to keep everything inside.
4. Bake
* Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
* Bake according to biscuit package directions, until golden brown.
5. Finish & Serve
* Brush hot biscuit bombers with garlic & herb butter.
* Let cool slightly, then enjoy!

Tips
* Seal the dough very well to prevent leaks.
* Serve with extra warm pizza sauce for dipping.
* Let kids help stuff and seal the bombers for a fun family activity.
