
Cheers! It’s always cocktail hour, in at least one time zone. Try the City of Light’s favorite champagne cocktail, the Baccarat, put on some French music, and voila!

Ingredients
- 6 ounces/177ml cranberry juice
- 2 ounces/59ml lime juice
- 8 ounces/237 ml Grand Marnier
- 16 ounces/473 ml rose champagne
Preparation
- 1 In a coctail shaker, mix cranberry juice, lime juice and Grand Marnier.
- 2 Divide equally among champagne flutes.
- 3 Top with champagne and serve.
