This bakery favorite is elevated to hitherto unknown heights of decadence with BLUE BUNNY® Bunny Tracks® Ice Cream, malted milk balls and peanuts!

- 2 custard filled eclairs
- 1 tablespoon original malted milk powder
- 4 scoops BLUE BUNNY® Premium Bunny Tracks® Ice Cream
- 6 malted milk balls, crushed, for garnish
- 1 tablespoon Spanish peanuts, for garnish
- 1 Cut each eclair in half horizontally, using a serrated knife. Scoop out custard filling and place in a small bowl (there should be about a scant 1/2 cup filling in each eclair). Stir malted milk powder into custard filling. Set aside.
- 2 Spread 2 tablespoons hot fudge topping into bottom shell of each eclair. Top each with 2 scoops of ice cream. Spoon custard mixture over ice cream. Sprinkle with malted milk balls and peanuts.
