- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup hemp milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
- 1 Just blend the ingredients until you have a smooth consistency and enjoy!
