We hadn’t made plain ol’ oatmeal cookies in a long time…but, in the end, we couldn’t resist dressing them up for the holidays with dried cherries and chocolate chunks–making this our take on chocolate covered cherries! This an easy one bowl dish just like Great-Grandma used to make. Santa will like them, too…
