Light, delicate sponge cakes, ladyfingers are shaped like large, fat fingers. Here we enrich the batter with cocoa powder. These cookies are delicious on their own or can be transformed into our Eggnog Bavarian Cream Cake (see related Williams-Sonoma recipe.)
