This recipe turns the classic Cobb Salad into an amazing sandwich! Cobb Salad on Country Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- Blue Cheese dressing:
- 1/8 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 leaves Bibb lettuce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices of Sara Lee Country Bakery Bread Made With Whole Grain
- 4 slices Sara Lee Pre-Sliced Oven Roasted Breast of Chicken
- 3 strips crispy bacon
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ avocado, sliced
Preparation
- 1 To make a blue cheese dressing first combine the blue cheese, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper and mix into a smooth dressing.
- 2 Dress the Bibb lettuce with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- 3 Spread dressing on country bread and add chicken, crispy bacon, slices of egg, tomato, avocado and Bibb lettuce.
