- 2 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 cup spinach, chopped and drained
- 1 slice whole bran bread
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 Combine Spinach, Yogurt and Sour Cream (add salt and pepper to taste).
- 2 Arrange on a platter with Bread cubes (can be lightly toasted if preferred).
