Creamy Neufchatel cheese infused with homemade chives!

- 8 ounces Neufchatel cheese
- Handful of fresh chives
- 1 In the bowl of a food processor or blender, combine cheese and chives. Pulse until incorporated.
- 2 Using a spatula, remove all blended chive cheese to a form or bowl. Press to create a mold or remove air bubbles.
- 3 Cover tightly and refrigerate for two hours before un-molding or serving.
