Neufchatel cheese

Handful of fresh chives

In the bowl of a food processor or blender, combine cheese and chives. Pulse until incorporated.

Using a spatula, remove all blended chive cheese to a form or bowl. Press to create a mold or remove air bubbles.

Cover tightly and refrigerate for two hours before un-molding or serving.
