Halloween Eye Cubes are a crisp and cool, “Eye” appealing addition to your spooky holiday beverages!
- 16 radishes
- 16 olives with pimento
- 1 ice cube tray
- 1 With a potato peeler or a sharp paring knife, thinly peel radish to create the red vein-looking streaks.
- 2 In the flat end of the radish, using the business end of potato peeler, carve out a hole large enough to accommodate an olive. Stuff olive in hole.
- 3 Drop radishes into an ice tray and fill tray with water.
- 4 Freeze until use.
- 5 VARIATION: Omit freezing and serve as an appetizer.
