These party franks are so simple and easy to make, they’ll be a staple dish for every potluck you attend! Made with chicken or turkey frankfurters smothered in barbecue sauce, honey, dry mustard and ginger, this party appetizer is bursting with tangy, delicious flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken or turkey frankfurters
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Preparation
- 1 Cut each frank in fourths and set aside.
- 2 Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan or skillet. Add franks and continue cooking until heated thoroughly.
- 3 Serve hot with cocktail picks as appetizer.
