- 1 lemon wedge
- 4 ounces ginger ale
- 1/2 ounce Honey Simple Syrup
- 1 bottle honey wheat ale
- 1 Squeeze the lemon wedge and drop into a pilsner or pint glass. Add the ginger ale and honey simple syrup, then fill the glass with the honey wheat ale.
