From formal to informal gatherings one staple sure to make an appearance at most gatherings is a bottle of champagne. Quench your guests thirst with this champagne infused beverage.

  • 4 ounces/118 ml Cointreau
  • 4 ounces/118 ml crème de framboise
  • 1 bottle (750ml) Brut champagne
  • Orange peel for garnish


  • 1 Pour a dash of Cointreau and crème de framboise into each flute.
  • 2 Top with chilled champagne and garnish with an orange peel.
  • 3 Serve immediately.
