Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Lemon Herb Seasoning
- 1 pound tilapia fillets or other firm white fish fillets
Preparation
- 1 Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in wine and Seasoning. Place fish on broiler pan. Brush butter mixture over fish.
