Combining mango nectar with two kinds of citrus juice, this nonalcoholic beverage gets its refreshing fizz from sparkling water.

- Ice cubes or crushed ice as needed
- 1 1/2 cups mango nectar
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (from 3 or 4 limes)
- 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
- 4 mango wedges
- 1 Fill 4 tumblers or highball glasses with ice. Add 6 Tbs. of the mango nectar, 1/4 cup of the orange juice and 2 Tbs. of the lime juice to each glass and stir. Top each with 1/4 cup of the sparkling water and stir. Garnish each glass with a mango wedge and serve immediately.
