- 5 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 8 ounces light or dark rum
- 12 whole mint leaves
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 2 cups club soda
- 6 slices lime
- 1 TO PREPARE MOJITO:
- 2 Place the sugar, rum and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Shake well until sugar dissolves.
- 3 Fill 6 tall colorful glasses with crushed ice. Add club soda to each glass and stir. Garnish each with a slice of lime.
