Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 8 ounces light or dark rum
  • 12 whole mint leaves
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 2 cups club soda
  • 6 slices lime

Preparation

  • 1 TO PREPARE MOJITO:
  • 2 Place the sugar, rum and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Shake well until sugar dissolves.
  • 3 Fill 6 tall colorful glasses with crushed ice. Add club soda to each glass and stir. Garnish each with a slice of lime.
