Turn on your choice of holiday music and turn on the oven! Making these jam-filled, cake-like, delicious bar cookies will help you get your rhythm going for the season. These are adapted from an old recipe called “Jingle Jam Bars,” which some of you may remember from your childhood. If not, it’s time to make some new memories.
This recipe calls for cake flour, but don’t stop just because you don’t have it in your cupboard. We provide an easy hack to make it work.
