Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomatillo
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • cilantro to taste
  • 1 jalapeno, with seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • 1 Chop tomatillo, garlic and onion. Add together. Add chopped cilantro and jalapeno. Add salt and pepper. Serve with a grilled rib-eye steak.
