Ingredients
- 1 cup tomatillo
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- cilantro to taste
- 1 jalapeno, with seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 1 Chop tomatillo, garlic and onion. Add together. Add chopped cilantro and jalapeno. Add salt and pepper. Serve with a grilled rib-eye steak.
