  • 4 cups cubed red potatoes (leave skin on)
  • 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP CALORIE-WISE Dressing or Ultra Low Fat Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


  • 1 BOIL red potatoes until tender (leave skin on). Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons water.
  • 2 ADD salad dressing, horseradish and garlic powder.
  • 3 MASH, adding cooking water.
