Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed red potatoes (leave skin on)
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP CALORIE-WISE Dressing or Ultra Low Fat Dressing
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
- 1 BOIL red potatoes until tender (leave skin on). Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons water.
- 2 ADD salad dressing, horseradish and garlic powder.
- 3 MASH, adding cooking water.
