I have the perfect holiday trio for you, Truffle Popcorn, Spiced Nuts and a Cranberry Negroni. These holiday snacks are going to be perfect for your next party!
There’s no substituting homemade popcorn and nuts and when paired with a holiday cocktail, the Cranberry Negroni. With a little bit of easy prep, this Trio of Holiday Snacks will impress every guest this season.

Ingredients
For the Cranberry Negroni
- 1.5 oz Campari
- 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1.5 oz Gin
- Sparkling Cranberry Juice
For the Truffle Popcorn
- 6 cups popped popcorn (I used purple kernels and pop them on the stove with a couple tablespoons of coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- Several generous tablespoons of white truffle oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
For the Spiced Nuts
- 4 cups roasted, unsalted nuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- Generous pinch kosher salt
Preparation
For the Cranberry Negroni
- 1 Place a large ice cube in a tumbler. Add the Campari, Sweet Vermouth and Gin and stir with a stirring stick for about a minute.
- 2 Strain the mixture evenly among two champagne flutes. Top with sparkling cranberry juice.
For the Truffle Popcorn
- 1 Place the popped popcorn in a very large mixing bowl.
- 2 Drizzle with truffle oil, sprinkle salt and Parmesan cheese. Toss and taste, add more truffle oil, salt and cheese if you like.
- 3 Sprinkle with scallions and serve.
For the Spiced Nuts
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a bowl.
- 2 Add the herbs and spices and stir to combine.
- 3 Toss the nuts in the brown sugar mixture and spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- 4 Bake for 10-15 minutes or until toasted.
- 5 Allow to cool completely before breaking apart and placing in a bowl.
