Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a vegan swap)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened tart cherry or unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 2 cups water

Preparation

  • 1 Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  • 2 Serve ice-cold, preferably with a straw.
