Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a vegan swap)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened tart cherry or unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 2 cups water
Preparation
- 1 Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- 2 Serve ice-cold, preferably with a straw.
