Wake up your breakfast with a mango twist on an unusual combination–a buttermilk doughnut in the form of a muffin! There’s nothing quite like it to make you say, “Yum!” This video shows Chef Cari adding sweet mango to a mixture of flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, half and half and buttermilk. Add a little butter, sugar and eggs, then diced mango and bake.
