When designer Michael Bagley wanted a savory, portable meal, he asked his partner Medy Youcef for ideas. Medy went into the kitchen and came out with a brioche dough muffin chock full of cheese and bacon, and The Bruffin was born. Now Youcef and Bagley offer 16 international flavors at two locations in New York City, and at the deli counter at Fairway Markets.
