On this episode of You, Me and Sicily we will be making swordfish, stuffed and rolled with cheese, raisins and pine nuts, as well as a swordfish pasta with roasted eggplant–yum! First, though, watch as we stop at the local fish market in Catania, one of the largest markets in Italy, then join us as we end the day sampling two typical Sicilian desserts.
