Designer Bags Continue to Surprise

Just about the time I decide these bags are old news, someone comes up with a new twist. This time it’s Wal-Mart. According to Mediapost , the corporation has pledged to reduce its use of plastic bags by one-third within the next five years. The stores have been selling resuable bags since 2007 and estimates its savings at one billion plastic bags. New ones hitting the market include a blue one that holds 22 pounds, and a black on that holds 35 pounds.
