What are you giving up for Lent?

It’s been the topic of much discussion in the Kitchens of The Food Channel, primarily because several of our staff members have chosen to give up meat. For all 40 days. That’s a tough task for foodies, particularly when they work in an atmosphere where roasted meat is likely to be one of the smells wafting through their day.
