The Retail Confectioners International Annual Convention is the place where candy makers from around the world gather to share and learn about the latest in candy making. The Food Channel was there to capture every moment of the 90th annual event, which took place June 21–25 in Lexington, Ky. We joined RCI members as they tasted and toured their way through the Bluegrass State, taught each other candy making techniques and discovered trends.
