Any day is Lemonade Day, so while August 20 was officially National Lemonade Day, we recommend you pull out your glasses any time now to get a few last sips in before the end of summer! We have a great Blueberry Lemonade recipe that is a great thirst quencher, if you want to try something new.
Kudos goes, though, to Red Robin restaurants nationwide who hosted “lemonade stands” to raise funds for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to finding better treatments and ultimately, cures for all kids with cancer. If you made it into a Red Robin on National Lemonade Day, you may have gotten a sample of their signature Freckled Lemonade. Let’s hear it for companies who make a difference!
