Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
- 1 HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- 2 Add corn and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until heated through.
- 3 SPRINKLE with cheese; cover until cheese melts.
- 4 NOTE: Add 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper or 2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno peppers.
