OK, OK, we know it’s not technically a cookie. But what is Christmas without a piece of fudge? We’ve been making this recipe for years…and it makes a great gift for your neighbor or to box up as a hostess gift.
Note: If you have trouble finding the mint-flavored chips, you can substitute plain chocolate chips and use peppermint flavoring rather than vanilla.
