This mackerel is grilled hot and fast on an outdoor barbecue grill, bringing out its smoky and rich flavor! An oily fish, fresh mackerel needs little else than a good seasoning with salt and lemon juice to create a perfectly grilled fish with explosive flavor. In this video, we use a wire fish holder, but it isn’t a must.
