The design is by Mikko Laakkonen but the idea is pure green. These new pans by Selki-Asema are a vegetarian’s delight. If you are a purist and don’t want to mix your sauteed green beans with anything else, here’s one way to do it and get a fun environmental pattern on your crepes at the same time. The pans are made of iron, and some have birch handles.
