Whether you like it or not, we all produce heaps of food waste.
Now in an effort to reduce landfill size, Boulder, Colorado City officials have begun implementing a composting plan. It allows residents to place all food waste in a container, along with yard scraps, that is then carted away to a compost heap outside of town. All of this is part of the greening of America, and what we call “Green Hot.” I would love to be able to use a service like this, unless, of course, it called all the critters in the neighborhood to my house!
