In Part 2 of Chef Ace Champion’s Mardi Gras Meal for Two, we have a creamy and delicious New Orleans-Style Bananas Foster topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, to round out your meal!
Mardi Gras is French for “Fat Tuesday”, reflecting the practice of the last night of eating richer, fatty foods before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season. This meal is absolutely perfect for such a joyous occasion.
