National Cheeseburger Day is September 18, which means a multitude of restaurants in the U.S. will be offering discounts and freebies for all things hamburger.
We often get asked if burgers are considered sandwiches. And I always reply that every burger is a sandwich, but not every sandwich is a burger. Regardless of what you call them, burgers continue to grown in popularity, as restaurants take them to gourmet levels with out-of-this world toppings.
