Chocolate Kahlua® Cream Pie

In Part Three of his Global Infusions Series, Chef Ace Champion shows you how to make a Chocolate Kahlua Cream Pie with Homemade Madagascar Whipping Cream.

The filling is a mix of egg yolks, sugar, milk, whipping cream, Kahlua Coffee Liqueur (optional) as a chocolate-flavor booster, corn starch, vanilla bean paste and chocolate chips.

After blending and heating, the filling goes into a pie shell, brushed with an egg wash, and after being refrigerated, is topped with a Madagascar whipping cream.
