With holiday season in full swing, it’s great for home mixologists to have a wide range of cocktail recipes and options to wow your guests. This is another recipe in a series of holiday cocktail inspirations from some of the top resort mixologists in the United States.

This recipe for a Mistletoe Mojito comes from 3800 Ocean at Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa (Riviera Beach, Fla.) A scrumptious holiday twist on a tropical classic.

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce Lime juice
  • ½ ounce Simple syrup
  • 1 ¾ ounces Rum
  • ½ ounce Soda Water
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • As desired Raspberries

Preparation

  • 1 Combine lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves. Muddle lightly. Add ice, rum, mint, and raspberries to glass, staggering the mint and raspberries.
  • 2 Stir and double strain into a pre-garnished highball glass.
  • 3 Top with a mint sprig.
