Cocktails For Good

The mixology glitterati were well represented recently at the Mixology Match, an event in Washington, D.C. that raised awareness, and funds, for Children of Restaurant Employees (CORE). The charity provides support to children of food and beverage service families navigating life-altering circumstances.

Eight mixologists created original cocktails that were sampled and judged on their abilities to use a specific type of rum.

Aaron Joseph from Papa’s Pilar Rum took not only the grand prize, but the attendee favorite award as well.

You’ll find recipes for each of these winners, along with a couple of other Nightclub & Bar favorites below.

Remember to enjoy responsibly and if it benefits a children’s charity—even better.
