Today, February 9th, is National Pizza Pie Day!
Personally, we think pizza should be celebrated year-round, but we won’t fight an entire day dedicated to one of the world’s greatest and most versatile dishes. Think about it, the term ‘pizza’ encompasses such a large variety of potential ingredients, methods of cooking, and regional preferences.
