The New Year’s here and that means a day of hanging with friends, staying warm inside and enjoying college football games. You’ll need food and beverage ideas to keep you own gatherings fueled and we offer some cozy favorites to get your party started.

White Chicken Chili
Here’s a crowd-pleasing, white-meat alternative to chili made with beef. This White Chicken Chili is ideal for basketball or football watch parties, tailgating, and casual gatherings! If dark meat isn’t your thing, substitute chicken breasts, chopped. Also if you like it spicy add a bit more red pepper flakes. For garnish, top with diced tomatoes, cheese, green onions and sour cream.

Grilled Buffalo Wings
Grilled wings are a healthier alternative to fried wings, but just as satisfying. Use your favorite cayenne pepper sauce, and serve these with a chunky blue cheese dressing. Be sure to have hot crusty bread for dipping in the delicious wing sauce. Grilling the wings is also a wonderful way to showcase any other flavorful sauce.
