ripe peaches, chopped
3 tablespoons
sugar
Ground cinnamon
2 cups
plain flour
2 cups
soft brown sugar
1 heaping teaspoon
baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup
milk
1
egg
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1
Beat together the milk, egg, vanilla.

Mix the flour, brown sugar and baking powder.

Mix the wet and dry mixes together.

Pour the melted butter in the bottom of a baking dish.

Pour in the batter.

Top with the peaches.

Sprinkle over the sugar and cinnamon.

Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve warm with ice cream.
